Understand the Core Gameplay Mechanics of Fist Out: CCG Duel

Fist Out: CCG Duel is a simple game that can also get quite complex as you reach more advanced levels. Firstly, let’s get the basics done away so we can concentrate on more advanced stuff. For starters, players need to craft a deck with 30 cards minimum to enter any battle. In the beginning, you will be challenging campaign stages that progressively get harder until you finally defeat the chapter boss. The campaign mode is divided into multiple chapters, with each chapter culminating in a boss fight.

Before you even enter the battle, you will be given the option to customize your deck beforehand. Once you enter the battle, 4 random cards from your deck will appear in the bottom middle section of the battlefield. Let’s go over how cards function. Each card has a blue colored number on their top left-hand side. This number denotes the amount of mana required to deploy it on the battlefield. In the middle section, you should be able to see the Attack and HP numbers as well. These numbers denote the amount of damage it can do, and the amount of damage it can take before being destroyed. Lastly, at the bottom of the card, players can see their ability.

Mana is the main currency used to deploy and manage your cards on the battlefield. Each card uses some amount of mana to be deployed. Mana regenerates automatically and the overall capacity increases by 1 each turn. The battle works out in a turn-based order, with you and the opponent both deploying more cards on the empty 9×9 square battlefield. The cards will use their abilities automatically, and damage enemy cards. If there are no enemy cards, then they will instead directly inflict damage onto the enemy player’s HP. This information can be seen on the right-hand side of the field. Once the enemy player’s HP falls to 0, they will lose and you will be declared the winner. Of course, vice versa is also possible.

Heroes

In the hero section, you will be greeted by the starter hero Savilla. She requires energy to summon stronger and rarer cards with her absolute magic. Players can get more energy by winning campaign battles, events, pre-registration rewards, hero’s path, and redeem codes. The more you summon, the more your hero can grow and regain her powers, allowing them to upgrade your summoning rates. In the beginning, you will have a lesser chance of summoning epic and legendary cards but as you increase hero’s level, the potency to summon higher quality cards will increase.

Players can also see their current energy charge rate, and energy supplies from this menu as well. On the right-hand side, you should be able to see all the cards in your current deck. You can customize them according to your whims. It’s best to use the in-game optimization to organize and power-up cards in a single go. Apart from the starter hero Savilla, there are multiple different rarities of heroes that you can summon and use. Many of these heroes also have access to powerful skills and abilities that can be unlocked by upgrading their skill tree.

Races of Heroes

Each hero in Fist Out has a main race and a sub race. It’s important to know that whenever you build a deck around a hero, you can only take cards from their main race and sub race. In any deck, at least 15 of the cards present should be from the leading hero’s main race. The race system adds another layer of strategic depth to the combat mechanics.

Quests

The game has a bountiful supply of quests for new players to tackle and complete. Each quest is presented to the player as they complete it, and you cannot view them beforehand. You can take up the quests from the city section next to the campaign menu. Quests are the best way for a new player to progress in the game as not only they provide a roadmap on what to do next but each quest is also quite rewarding individually. They are the best source of getting your hands on Diamonds, the premium currency of the game.

Hero’s Path

The Hero’s Path is a permanent beginner-oriented event that has 2 versions – Free and Paid. The free version offers decent rewards but the paid version can give you tons of extra premium rewards. This event simply asks that you increase Savilla’s level in the hero section to progress in the hero’s path. Players will get rewarded each time Savilla’s level reaches the desired target. Keep in mind, this event expires within 12 days of making an account. So, make sure to complete all the targets for juicy rewards including Gold, Energy refills, and Diamonds.

Players can enjoy playing Fist Out: CCG Duel on a bigger screen of their PC or Laptop via BlueStacks along with your keyboard and mouse.
